This Shipping Policy describes the shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes for Kerassentials orders. All orders are fulfilled by the official manufacturer through ClickBank.
Shipping costs depend on the package selected:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Standard shipping within the continental United States typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Kerassentials ships internationally to most countries. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and are not included in the order total.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer support.

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact customer support as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping (typically within 24 hours of order placement).
